Interlaboratory tests
In general
Interlaboratory studies within which homogeneous samples are analysed by different laboratories play an important role in
- the optimization and evaluation of measurement or analytical methods,
- the assessment of laboratories as well as
- the certification of reference materials.
Besides the in-house quality control, interlaboratory studies form an indispensable tool for the assessment of the quality of laboratories and methods.
Within the framework of the GSR Quality Scheme quo data GmbH offers annual ENFSI-proficiency tests on gunshot residue. Furthermore in cooperation with Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM) and Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) an international interlaboratory comparison program on dangerous goods is organized.
