14 November | InterVAL® Update 2012
A new version of InterVAL, InterVAL Plus and OptiVAL, QuoData's software solutions for in-house validation and optimization, is available.
12 November | QuoData with contribution at the Langenauer Wasserforum
QuoData will be on location at the Langenauer Wasserforum, which takes place from 12 - 13 November in Langenau, Germany, with its own contribution.
The forum offers an opportunity to discuss about the latest developments in the area of water and environmental analysis. Furthermore there is an exhibition of equipment and posters.

19 October | QuoData participating at international conference on reference materials
From 27 - 28 November, the 2nd international conference "Mineral Resources - Reference Material" will take place in Ulan Bator.
On this occasion, QuoData will give a presentation: "Software for the conduct of interlaboratory tests for CRM: statistical assessment and uncertainty quantification".
12 October | GSR 2012 PT completed
A total of 60 forensic laboratories participated in this year’s international proficiency test for the identification of gunshot residue (GSR) particles with SEM/EDX, of which 44 from EU countries and 7 from the USA.

11 October | Workshop on interlaboratory studies at US FDA
The FDA workshop at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago took place on 21-22 August 2012. The event was co-organized by QuoData, and the main speaker was QuoData’s managing director and chief scientist: Steffen Uhlig.

Vom 10. - 12. September 2012 findet in Münster der 41. Deutsche Lebensmittelchemikertag, eine Veranstaltung der Lebensmittelchemischen Gesellschaft (GDCh), statt. Ein Schwerpunktthema der Veranstaltung sind die chemischen und mikrobiologischen Risiken in Lebens- und Futtermitteln.

Our annual PROLab workshop is taking place in September. Users and anyone else who is interested will have the opportunity to get to know our software for the evaluation of interlaboratory studies.
The relevant background statistics, current developments in standards as well as case studies will also be discussed during the workshop.
28 August | SPREVALMED project presented ICY 2012
The QuoData headed SPREVALMED project which aims at development and validation of novel SPR based methods for clinical diagnostics, is presented at ICY 2012, the International Congress on Yeasts, in Madison (Wisconsin, US).

As of now we aditionally offer software videos via youtube for GUMsim, a software for determination of measurement uncertainty. Users can inform themselves about the software's functions and find assistance as some features are explained in detail:
19 June | Visit QuoData at the CYTO 2012
In a few days, the CYTO 2012, the congress of the International Society for the Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC), will begin in Leipzig. With more than 1.500 scientists and branch experts, the CYTO is one of the most important events in the field of cyometry.
8 June | Review analytica 2012
From 17 - 20 April the 24th edition of the analytica took place in Munich. With over 30.000 visitors, it is the leading trade fair for modern laboratory technology and biotechnology. The QuoData was represented at the trade fair with its own stand, which attracted lots of visitors.
7 June | QuoData sponsors nursery schools
QuoData sponsors a traffic education program for a nursery school in Dresden. We assume the costs for the book "Safely through the traffic with Poldi".
The background is, that more and more children under 6 years are involved in traffic accidents. Hence the police focuses on prevention and we want to contribute our part to that.
Furthermore we support the Kita Leubnitzer Straße with their "Zuckertütenabschlussfest" for the preschoolers.
24 May | QuoData participated in sporting challenge
The REWE-Team Challenge, a sporting challenge through Dresden’s old town, enjoys great popularity.
This year over 7,200 runners were at the start.
Eight QuoData’s in two teams successfully participated in it.
With a total time of 1h 44 min our men team achieved the 331st place. The mixed team needed 2h 9 min for this run and achieved the 776thplace.
15 March | QuoData at the analytica 2012
The leading international trade fair for laboratory technology, analytics and biotechnology – the analytica – is taking place in Munich on 17-20 April 2012. QuoData is participating and will present its products and services at its own stand.

19 March | GSR2012 Proficiency Test
Interested Parties can now register for this years GSR proficiency test.
GSR2012 is part of the international GSR Quality Scheme which is organized and evaluated by QuoData on behalf of ENFSI Expert Working Group Firearms/GSR.

28. Februar | Neuer Auszubildender bei QuoData
Ab sofort wird unsere Softwareabteilung durch einen neuen Auszubildenden unterstützt.
Herr Michael Noack wird in den nächsten 2.5 Jahren eine Ausbildung zum mathematisch-technischen Softwareentwickler bei der QuoData GmbH absolvieren.
23 January | QuoData-Student honored
BA-student Ulrike Köser, who did an internship with us, has completed her studies at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg.
With a grade average of 1.3, she graduated as best of her year.
16 January | New version of GUMsim available
The new version of GUMsim, QuoData's software for the determination of measurement uncertainty, is now available.
In addition to various minor changes new reports for GUM and GUM S1 are included.
