Fostering dialog - QuoData Welcomes New DAAD Interns!

QuoData warmly welcomes the new DAAD interns! This year, QuoData is delighted to have three interns supported by DAAD (German Academic Exchange Services) RISE program join the team.

RISE stands for Research Internships in Science and Engineering. RISE Germany offers students from North American, British, and Irish universities the opportunity to complete a summer research internship at top German universities and research institutions. RISE Germany is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office. 

Annually, QuoData offers RISE internships and is always thrilled to see young talents bringing their knowledge, motivation, and fresh ideas. The internships perfectly align with the international QuoData team and clients.

This year, Luiza Damotta, Shi Li and Masoud Seraji are joining the team. Luiza Damotta is supporting the lab and working on optimizing yeast based bio assays. Shi Li is in the Data Science department, preparing and conducting exploratory analysis of datasets, as well as performing data analysis and visualizations. Masoud Seraji, who is also in the Data Science department supports the team the image segmentation as part of one of the QuoData’s R&D projects.

QuoData wishes them a fantastic time with the team and in Dresden. Additionally, QuoData looks forward to the cultural exchange and is sure that their summer in Germany will be an unforgettable experience!
