  1. Introduction - Our philosophy

    We aim to always keep our customers satisfied with our products and services. Occasionally it may happen that we do not meet your expectations to your complete satisfaction.

    We take every suggestion and criticism seriously and always see complaints and suggestions for improvement as an opportunity to improve our products and services and thus respond even more specifically to your concerns.

  3. Form and content of the complaint/improvement

    You can send your complaint or suggestion for improvement to us in writing using an online form or email. In order to process your complaint immediately, we need the following information from you:

    • Your contact details (institution/company, first name, last name, address, telephone number and email address)
    • Description of the matter
    • Information about what you want to achieve with your complaint or suggestion for improvement
  4. Process of the complaint/improvement procedure

    First, you will receive confirmation of receipt of the complaint or your suggestion for improvement if it cannot be answered within three working days. We always try to process your complaint or suggestion for improvement as quickly as possible.

    The specific duration of the individual processing of a complaint or a suggestion for improvement depends in particular on its complexity. In principle, we aim to respond within three weeks. If this is not possible, we will inform you of this and the reason for the delay in an interim message.

    At the same time, we will inform you when the processing of your complaint or suggestion for improvement is expected to be completed. After the complaint or your suggestion for improvement has been closed, you will receive a comprehensive response to your complaint or your suggestion for improvement in a timely manner.
