QuoData presents latest research on validation of non-targeted methods at Eurachem Workshop 2019
From May 20th to 21st QuoData’s Data Scientists will be in Tartu, Estonia, for the Eurachem Workshop 2019 to present one of its latest research projects in the field of non-targeted methods.
Under the title “Performance characteristics and quality control parameters for non-target methods”, the presentation will showcase how to deal with the huge amounts of data from non-targeted methods and to develop effective tools for assessment of methods by utilizing machine learning. The new approach is illustrated with mass spectrometry data corresponding to the analysis of 190 Staphylococcus aureus isolates by MALDI-TOF.
Since 1995 QuoData has been researching in the field of analytical quality assurance and develops novel approaches using the latest mathematical/statistical models e.g. machine learning.
Through constant research QuoData maintains a leading edge in method development.
