FDA interlaboratory study completed - proficiency testing and method validation for determination of arsenic in apple juice

Results of an interlaboratory comparison on determination of arsenic in apple juice have been published in AOAC International Journal.The study was planned and evaluated in cooperation with QuoData experts and our software PROLab was used for statistical analysis.

38 laboratories of the Food Emergency Response Networks took part. Besides laboratory performance the study aimed at the validation of ICP-MS methods for determination of arsenic.
